Under the direction of Executive Chef Jayson Reynolds, a James Beard nominee, Loom describes its cuisine as “Southern Revival,” blending tradition and innovation with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus. The restaurant is named in tribute to Macon’s roots in the textile industry, and its space features a historic textile-mill mural, hand-glazed tiles, and copper accents that reflect the building’s history.
